GreyFox Web Design is a boutique digital agency based in Peckham, South London. Founded in 2019, we help small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and established brands grow online through thoughtful design, solid build quality, and practical digital marketing.

We are a UK limited company (GreyFox Web Design Limited, company number 11909809, registered in England and Wales) with our office at 109 Asylum Road, Peckham, London SE15 2LB.

What We Do

We are a one-stop shop for everything a modern business needs to establish, grow, and maintain its presence online. Our core services include:

  • Web design and development: bespoke, responsive websites built on WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify. No templates, no off-the-shelf packages.
  • Branding and graphic design: logos, visual identity, business cards, brochures, and print collateral.
  • Search engine optimisation (SEO): technical audits, on-page optimisation, local SEO, and ongoing content strategy.
  • Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising: Google Ads campaign setup, management, reporting, and optimisation.

How We Work

Every project is bespoke. We begin with a discovery conversation to understand your business, audience, and commercial goals, then move through static design mockups, iterative feedback, and a thorough build and testing phase before launch. We do not work to rigid templates or cookie-cutter packages because no two businesses are the same.

Our approach is hands-on and direct. You deal with the people doing the work, not account managers or middle layers. We pride ourselves on clear communication, honest advice, and long-term client relationships; the majority of our new business comes from referrals.

Our Reporting Tools

As part of our digital marketing service, we operate internal, read-only reporting tools that connect securely to advertising and analytics platforms (including Google Ads) via their official APIs. These tools are used solely by our internal team to generate performance audits and reports for the client advertising accounts we manage on our clients’ behalf. They are not resold, not exposed to third parties, and do not modify campaigns or client data.

Who We Work With

We work with clients across a wide range of sectors, including ecommerce, fashion, bridalwear, hospitality and restaurants, fitness, interior design, construction, environmental consultancy, education, and professional services. Our clients range from solo founders and early-stage startups through to established multi-location businesses.

While our office is in South London and many of our clients are UK-based, we work with businesses across the country and internationally, collaborating remotely via video call, email, and shared project tools.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is simple: to help businesses we believe in build digital presences that actually work. We care about the long-term success of our clients, which is why we take on projects selectively, turn down work that isn’t a good fit, and invest the time to do things properly rather than cheaply.
